Philip is the proprietor of PW Consultants and Principal Consultant. He has an extensive background in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) having spent over 40 years in the business. 

He has been creating websites using Dreamweaver, Artisteer, Themler, MS Expressions, Adobe Express, WordPress & Joomla for more than 15 years - see some examples of the sites created.
